Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Specific Return Cases
Received a Damaged or Faulty Product
If your item arrives broken or malfunctioning, please send us photos immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Wrong Product Sent
If you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Order Not Delivered

Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted, as long as the item meets all return eligibility criteria.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive the item and follow the return process.

Exchanges
We offer product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
