The pro dumbbell features a shortened and fully knurled 33 mm solid steel handle for optimum control. Soft, non-metallic shoulders at either end of the bar cradle the hand ensuring a comfortable grip. This ergonomic design helps improves balance and control and reduces hand and forearm fatigue through over gripping. The unique design of the pro dumbbell allows for a more efficient workout as it is easier to grip and control than traditional dumbbells.

This makes them ideal for programs that require high repetition and endurance such as circuit training, metabolic conditioning, and HIIT training. In addition, the pro dumbbells are also great for traditional strength training exercises such as curls, presses, rows, and squats.
