USER-FRIENDLY OPERATION
Monitoring your progress is one of the best ways to stay motivated and achieve your goals. The SkiErg features a sophisticated, yet user-friendly PM5 console that provides immediate, accurate and comparable performance data.
With the included USB Flash Drive, you can store or transfer your performance data to your Mac or PC, while ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart connectivity allow you to add wireless heart rate monitoring (Heart rate monitor not included).
You can also sign up for the SkiErg online logbook, where you can record all your workouts and participate in the many challenges offered throughout the year.
ERGONOMIC HANDLES
The SkiErg is easy to use and focuses on developing the right technique while helping to prevent injury and keep you from developing bad habits.
You can easily switch your resistance from flat terrain to a steep climb using the spiral dial. Additionally, the ergonomic, strapless handles provide a comfortable grip. Using durable materials, they will not absorb sweat so your grip remains secure no matter how intense your workout.
The SkiErg is also a flexible machine, it can be fixed to a wall or used with the SkiErg Floor Stand (sold separately). Fixed to a wall, it’s a great space-saver, while the anti-skid floor stand option allows you to move the machine from place to place on castors.
QUALITY FLYWHEEL
Weighing 4.3 kg, the high quality flywheel has been designed to minimise noise while maximising a smooth feel. The SkiErg uses the same flywheel resistance and electronic monitoring systems as the Concept indoor rowers, the proven choice of rowing athletes around the world since 1981.
The SkiErg drive system depends on high-strength, lightweight cords to deliver smooth, responsive performance and can also be used for both double pole and classic alternating arm techniques.
