Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Email our support team at sales@crosfit.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Mention your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address for returns:

Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Specific Return Cases
Received a Damaged or Faulty Product
If your item arrives broken or malfunctioning, please send us photos immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Wrong Product Sent
If you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Order Not Delivered
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out so we can track it and resolve the issue. Also, refer to our Shipping Policy and Order Tracking Page for real-time updates.
Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted, as long as the item meets all return eligibility criteria.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive the item and follow the return process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

Refund Timeline and Method
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we aim to process your refund within 5 business days.

Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 12 business days (including both our processing time and your bank’s processing time), please:
